Ideally, you have a windows computer running Microsoft Excel 365, but for for most of our content Microsoft Excel 2013 or newer will work. You don’t have to have a computer mic or webcam. You just need a computer connected to the internet with speakers so you can hear the class. You can interact with the class with a mic or you can call into the class on your phone, or you can use chat to communicate in the class. We respect all types of learning styles, so you can participate and communicate at whatever level meets your needs.

Just like our traditional classroom based classes, we offer two instructors at every class with 5 or more students. One instructor will be leading the training topic while the other instructor is managing chat questions and conducting breakout rooms for students that need additional 1 on 1 guidance during the class. The two instructor approach is key to making the live online training classes successful.

Our Live Online (virtual classroom) classes are perfect for getting dispersed workers building Excel skills and collaborating together. We mail out our training material to the students in advance so that they have all the exercises and reference guides handy and at their disposal. Then we join together in a live online meeting to interactively go through all the training material.
